On this day, the decomposed body of an African-Caribbean man was discovered within the hold of the ‘Cec Delta’ Merchant vessel which had been carrying nuts from Takoradi, Ghana.

About this case

The vessel had arrived at Alexandra Docks in East Riding, Yorkshire. There is very little by way of description of this man apart from his perceived ethnicity and an age range of 16-100 years. He had in his possession a Liberian National ID card: AA 1654953 bearing the name of Aron Davis.
