Ramsgate Harbour Man

The body of a white, European man was pulled from Ramsgate Harbour at 08:00 hours on 13th September 2013. He was found floating 300 yards from the harbour and it would appear he had been in the water about a week and his date of death is estimated at 6th September 2013.
About this case
He was believed to be aged between 40- 60 years and approximately 5’8” tall. He was bald and clean shaven.
Most of his clothing had French labels. These included a blue outer jacket, a grey and white body warmer, a blue jumper and a checked shirt. He was also wearing a vest and Livergy brand underpants. His socks had French writing on them.
He was wearing a silver coloured Swatch watch.
He also had in his possession Euros, and 2 mobile phones wrapped in a plastic bag. One was an iphone and the other an LG phone.
