On 5th January 2012, a man walked off the Leeds-bound platform at Sowerby Bridge Station and was struck by a passing train.

What We Know

The unidentified man, likely European, aged 48-50, approximately 5’8″ to 5’9″ (172-175 cm) with a medium build. He had collar-length black and greying hair, a moustache, and wore a false teeth plate.

His clothing comprised khaki denim trousers with blue patches on the pockets, a green shirt featuring Che Guevara, a blue ribbed Harbour Bay jumper, a black Cedarwood State body warmer, a khaki padded jacket, and a Manchester United scarf.

He also had a light blue belt, size 8 Tradesafe brown walking boots, a grey knitted hat, a grey detachable hood, and a gold and silver metal chain. Additionally, he carried a silver watch with a bronze-colored bezel and a black leather money pouch.
