Victoria Shepherd

Victoria Shepherd is Director of Operations at Locate International, where she supports the charity’s operational delivery, investigative teams, and long-term strategic development.

Previously Locate's Head of Investigations, Victoria has several years’ experience supporting complex missing person and unidentified remains investigations, and working closely with volunteers, partner organisations, and specialist teams.

Alongside her work with Locate International, she has an extensive background in digital services and communications within the public sector.

Victoria combines operational leadership with a strong interest in historical research and cold case investigations. She is committed to supporting compassionate, professional approaches to long-term missing and unidentified persons cases.
