We are an entirely volunteer-led organisation, and our team of volunteers play a critical role in supporting the work that we are committed to conducting. Our volunteers enable us to achieve our goals more effectively and efficiently, and also help to build awareness, support, and engagement with our mission as a charity.

The Recruitment Timeline
To help you plan ahead, here is a breakdown of our selection and onboarding process:
April – May 14: Application window is open.
May 14: Applications close.
May – June: Our team will carefully review all submissions and interviews will take place where needed.
End of June: We aim to inform all successful applicants of their status.
July: Onboarding and initial training calls will take place throughout the month.
Autumn: Our new cohort will officially join us for their first meeting!
Commitment & Meetings
We value consistency and collaboration to keep our cases moving forward. Here is what you can expect:
Weekly Meetings: We meet online every Tuesday at 7:00 PM.
Time Commitment: As a general guideline, most volunteers contribute approximately 6 hours per week.
Attendance: We ask that volunteers are available to attend the Tuesday meeting every week (excluding holidays, illness, life events etc.) to ensure we maintain momentum and make continual progress.
