We collect information from you when you enquire about our services via our team either by telephone or email. This information is required to complete the task in question.

When you enquire, the relevant third-party product provider will use your details to provide you with information and carry out their obligations arising from any contracts you have entered into with them. These third-party product providers will share required information about you with us (e.g. your donation details) which we will use per this Privacy Policy.

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. We have secure password-protected databases.

The transfer of your information outside of Europe

The information which you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (“E.U.”). For example, we use PayPal (based in the USA) as a platform for Donations. Retention of information

We will hold personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was obtained, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
