Mayflower Man

Found On: 15th May 2003

The body of an unidentified male, aged between 60 and 80, was discovered floating in the Lower Pool River Thames adjacent to the Mayflower Public House on 15 May 2003.

He was White European tall, 175cm (5 Ft 8 Ins), with grey and receding hair. He was found wearing distinctive clothing, including a black suit jacket (made by ''Lyncroft,'' Size 42), a grey cardigan with a brown horizontal stripe across the chest, and black slacks.

What we know

He also had a white, round-necked vest, a brown plastic belt, black underpants (made by ''Fml Underwear For Him''), grey flecked socks, and size 10.5 brown lace-up boots.

He had a single square-faced analogue watch with a black strap, and a dark brown/purple purse containing a note that said 'My Name Is Patrick Jones. I Have No Relatives.'
