Mid-Channel Man

Found On: 6th August 1984

On 6th August 1984, a body was recovered from the English Channel between Boulogne and Dover. The man is believed to have been dead for 2-3 weeks, and it is believed that he may have been a French fisherman.

What we know

The man was 183cm (6 Ft) tall and had two watches – one Cidal Make and Stopped, and one Timex (showing French time).

He had a moustache and short, light brown hair. His attire included brown open sandals, blue jeans, a green nylon waterproof jumper, a beige Fishermans “Polichimale Boutige” jumper, and a maroon t-shirt.

There is always hope, and you could be the person that makes the difference.
